Do you offer sliding scale rates?
Yes! A sliding scale is available based on family size and income. Apply for our non-profit program called Mental Health for All when booking online or mention via phone/email. No one will be turned away because of an inability to pay.
How long does each therapy session take?
Each session is designated to last at least 50 minutes. However, your appointment time is blocked for 1 hour. Please keep in mind some sessions, for example your initial session, may be booked for 1 hour and 30 minutes. This would be case by case and your therapist will disclose if your appointment would need to be scheduled for a different block time.
Do you take insurance.
Yes! I take cash pay and insurance for all the services. I am currently an approved provider for Behavioral Healthcare Options, Inc. (BHO).
Do I have to bring any forms?
Fortunately, most of our forms are available online. Once you have confirmed your appointment, you will receive an email with the documents that need to be completed prior to arriving for your appointment. In unique circumstances, you may be asked to bring relative documentation to session.
